01

Challenge

Teams in media often spread important work across spreadsheets, messages and disconnected tools. NewsDesk explores how that fragmented workflow can be turned into one clear product experience with visible ownership, status and next actions.

02

Solution

We designed NewsDesk around the highest-frequency jobs first, then added the supporting admin, search, notification, analytics and integration states needed to make the experience believable beyond a single polished screen.

03

Result

The Studio Build demonstrates a maintainable product pattern for media teams: focused user journeys, explicit operating states, responsive behavior and a system structure that can be extended without rebuilding the interface from scratch.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

The product is more than its screens.

Interface, application logic, data boundaries and operational controls are designed as one system.

01

Experience layer

Responsive interface states, navigation and information hierarchy built around the primary workflow.

02

Application layer

Business rules, validation, orchestration and permission checks separated from presentation concerns.

03

Data & integration layer

Structured persistence and external service boundaries with explicit failure handling.

04

Operations layer

Admin controls, observability and release tooling so the system can be operated after launch.

DELIVERY PROCESS

How the system gets shaped.

01

Discover

Map users, constraints and the commercial or operational outcome before defining features.

02

Prototype

Validate information hierarchy, key states and the smallest useful workflow.

03

Engineer

Build interface, application logic, data model, permissions and integrations as one system.

04

Verify

Test critical journeys, responsive behavior, access rules and error states.

05

Measure

Instrument meaningful events and use feedback to choose the next valuable iteration.
